The organisation is looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition to join its Enabling Areas Talent team in Delhi. The role sits within the broader HR and people function and focuses on driving recruitment strategy and execution across the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from workforce planning and sourcing to interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. A strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and stakeholder management is essential.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned business units within the Enabling Areas function
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple channels
- Track and report on key hiring metrics to ensure timely and quality closures
