This position is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and maintenance functions at a power generation facility in Mundra, Gujarat. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the plant runs safely, efficiently, and in compliance with established standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operations Management: Supervising and coordinating plant operations to maintain consistent performance and output targets.
- Maintenance Oversight: Planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and extend equipment life.
- Team Leadership: Guiding and mentoring a team of engineers and technicians to uphold operational best practices.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensuring all activities adhere to relevant safety regulations, environmental norms, and internal quality standards.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge of power plant systems along with proven experience in an operations or maintenance leadership role. The ability to analyse plant performance data, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective measures is essential to success in this position.
