Department Manager

H&M is seeking a motivated and experienced Department Manager to join its retail team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day department operations and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

The Department Manager will lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment. Key responsibilities include managing stock levels, visual merchandising standards, and driving sales targets in line with company goals.

The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a passion for fashion retail, and the ability to make commercially sound decisions. Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a retail environment is expected.
