Deal Desk Strategist

GitLab is seeking a Deal Desk Strategist to join its team, with the position open to candidates based in the Philippines or India.

The Deal Desk Strategist plays a key role in supporting the sales organisation by providing strategic guidance on deal structure, pricing, and order management. This individual works closely with sales, finance, and legal teams to ensure deals are structured in a compliant and commercially sound manner.

• Collaborate with sales representatives to review and structure complex deals
• Ensure adherence to company pricing policies and approval workflows
• Act as a subject matter expert on quoting, contracting, and revenue recognition considerations
• Support continuous improvement of deal desk processes and tools
