DDQ Analyst

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling DDQ requests from clients and prospects, ensuring responses are accurate, consistent, and delivered in a timely manner. The role requires a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks relevant to the financial services or fund administration sector.

• Manage end-to-end DDQ and RFP response processes
• Maintain and update a centralised content library of standard responses
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across compliance, legal, and operations teams
• Ensure all responses meet quality standards and reflect current policies
