A Customer Sales Executive is sought to manage and grow sales operations in the Mathura region. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships and driving revenue targets.
About the role
This is a field-based sales role responsible for managing customer accounts and expanding the brand's presence across the Mathura territory. The selected candidate will work closely with distributors, retailers, and key accounts to ensure consistent product availability and visibility.
Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Ensuring optimal product placement and in-store execution standards
- Coordinating with distributors to manage stock levels and timely replenishment
- Gathering market intelligence and reporting competitor activity
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced consumer goods environment. Prior experience in FMCG sales is considered advantageous.
