About the role

The organisation is looking for a professional to join its Customer Lifecycle Management team. This role is centred on understanding customer behaviour across various stages of their journey and implementing strategies to improve engagement and retention.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and executing lifecycle communication strategies, working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and analytics teams to deliver personalised customer experiences at scale.

Key areas of focus for this role include:

  • Planning and managing customer lifecycle campaigns across multiple channels
  • Analysing customer data to identify opportunities for improved engagement and reduced churn
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align lifecycle initiatives with business goals
