About the role
The employer is looking for a skilled Credit Analyst to join its SME Institutional Credit team in Delhi. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough credit evaluations and supporting sound lending decisions within the institutional SME segment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing credit proposals and assessing the financial health of SME institutional clients
- Evaluating risk associated with credit applications and preparing detailed credit appraisal notes
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing of credit decisions
- Monitoring existing credit accounts and identifying potential risks in the portfolio
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of credit underwriting principles, financial statement analysis, and SME lending practices. Prior experience in a credit analyst or similar role within the financial services industry is expected.
