Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments for SME institutional clients
- Analysing financial data, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to determine creditworthiness
- Preparing detailed credit notes and recommendations for approval
- Monitoring existing credit accounts and flagging potential risks in a timely manner
- Coordinating with internal teams such as sales, operations, and risk to ensure smooth credit processing
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit analysis, a sound understanding of SME lending practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced institutional environment. Proficiency in financial modelling and familiarity with regulatory credit guidelines will be considered advantageous.
