Counsel, Business Affairs – India

Netflix is looking for a Counsel, Business Affairs – India to join its legal and business affairs team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role sits at the intersection of law and content strategy, supporting the company's growing slate of Indian productions and partnerships.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and closing a wide range of agreements related to content acquisition, production, and distribution. Working closely with creative, production, and finance teams, the Counsel will help structure deals that align with Netflix's global standards while reflecting the nuances of the Indian market.
