Counsel, Business Affairs – India

Netflix is looking for a Counsel, Business Affairs – India to join its legal and business affairs team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role sits at the intersection of law and commerce, supporting the company's growing slate of Indian content and strategic business initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing a range of agreements related to content acquisition, production, and other business activities in the Indian market. The role requires close collaboration with internal creative, production, and finance teams, as well as external partners and talent.

Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• Drafting and negotiating contracts for content, talent, and related business transactions
• Providing legal counsel on business affairs matters specific to the Indian entertainment industry
