Counsel, Business Affairs – India

Netflix is looking for a Counsel, Business Affairs – India to join its legal and business affairs team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role sits at the intersection of law and commerce, supporting the company's content and operational activities across the Indian market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating, drafting, and managing a range of agreements related to Netflix's business and content initiatives in India. Working closely with internal stakeholders across creative, production, and business teams, the Counsel will provide strategic legal guidance to help drive deals forward efficiently and in alignment with company objectives.

This position requires a qualified legal professional with relevant experience in business affairs, entertainment law, or a related field, along with a strong understanding of the Indian media and entertainment landscape. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
