About the role

A prominent engineering, procurement, and construction company is seeking a qualified Contract Administrator to be based at its Vadodara, Gujarat facility. This role sits within the project controls and contracts management function and is central to ensuring that contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

The Contract Administrator will be responsible for administering contracts from initiation through closeout, maintaining accurate contract documentation, and coordinating with internal project teams and external vendors or subcontractors to ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.

  • Manage and administer contracts in accordance with company policies and project requirements
  • Review, interpret, and track contractual obligations, deliverables, and milestones
  • Coordinate with procurement, legal, and project management teams on contract-related matters
  • Maintain comprehensive contract files and correspondence records
  • Identify and escalate potential contractual risks or disputes in a timely manner
