About the role
This position is part of the Strategy & Technology (S&T) consulting practice, sitting within the Infrastructure & Real Estate (I&RE) service line. The role is targeted at analyst-level professionals with hands-on experience or strong foundational knowledge of IBM Tririga, an integrated workplace management system (IWMS).
The successful candidate will work on consulting engagements that help clients optimise their real estate portfolios, facilities operations, and capital project management using the Tririga platform. Responsibilities are expected to span requirements gathering, solution configuration, client interaction, and delivery support across project lifecycles.
Key focus areas include:
- Implementing and configuring IBM Tririga for Infrastructure and Real Estate clients
- Supporting consulting project delivery within the S&T practice
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into platform solutions
- Contributing to client-facing documentation, workshops, and presentations
This is an FY27 intake position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, suited to early-career consultants looking to build specialised expertise in real estate technology and enterprise workplace management solutions.
