The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the company's total rewards framework to attract and retain top talent.
In this role, the manager will develop and administer competitive compensation structures, conduct benchmarking studies, and ensure salary bands remain aligned with industry standards. The position also involves managing employee benefits programmes and ensuring compliance with applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Design and maintain compensation structures and pay-grade frameworks
