An established automotive manufacturing company in Gurugram, Haryana is seeking a qualified Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its human resources leadership team. This role is central to designing, implementing, and managing the organisation's compensation structures and employee benefits programmes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that pay policies and benefits offerings remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with both business objectives and regulatory requirements. This includes conducting benchmarking analyses, supporting annual salary review cycles, and partnering with HR and finance stakeholders on workforce cost planning.
- Develop and maintain compensation frameworks, grading structures, and salary bands
- Manage employee benefits programmes and vendor relationships
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on total rewards strategy
