A leading automotive manufacturing organisation in Gurugram, Haryana is looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its human resources team. The role is central to shaping the company's total rewards strategy and ensuring its workforce remains motivated, fairly compensated, and aligned with business objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and administering competitive compensation structures, benefits policies, and incentive schemes. This includes conducting market benchmarking, managing payroll inputs related to rewards, and ensuring full statutory compliance across all compensation-related matters.
- Design and manage salary structures, pay bands, and grading frameworks
- Oversee employee benefits programmes including insurance, retirement, and wellness initiatives
- Conduct regular compensation benchmarking and job evaluations
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements
- Partner with HR business partners and senior leadership on total rewards strategy
- Analyse compensation data and prepare reports for management decision-making
