An established automotive manufacturing organisation in Gurugram, Haryana is looking to hire a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee and enhance its total rewards function. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and administering competitive compensation structures and employee benefits schemes aligned with business objectives.
The role requires a strong understanding of compensation benchmarking, job evaluation frameworks, and statutory benefits compliance within the Indian manufacturing context. The incumbent will collaborate closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure reward policies attract, retain, and motivate talent across the organisation.
- Design and manage compensation structures, pay bands, and incentive programmes
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive positioning
- Administer employee benefits programmes and ensure statutory compliance
- Partner with HR and finance teams on compensation budgeting and planning
- Develop and communicate total rewards policies to employees and management
This is a strategic yet hands-on position suited to an HR professional with demonstrated expertise in compensation and benefits management, ideally within a manufacturing or automotive environment. Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations are essential.
