An established automotive manufacturing company in Gurugram, Haryana is looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its human resources function. The role is central to designing, implementing, and overseeing the organisation's compensation structures and employee benefits programmes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that pay and benefits policies are competitive, compliant with applicable regulations, and aligned with the company's overall people strategy. This includes conducting market benchmarking, managing salary review cycles, and evaluating benefits offerings to attract and retain talent.
- Lead the development and administration of compensation frameworks and grading structures
- Oversee employee benefits programmes, including health, wellness, and retirement plans
- Conduct regular benchmarking against industry standards and competitor organisations
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal HR policies
- Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leadership on total rewards initiatives
