An established automotive manufacturing organisation is seeking a skilled Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its human resources team in Gurugram, Haryana. The role is central to designing, implementing, and overseeing the company's total rewards framework to attract and retain talent across the organisation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end compensation structures, benefits programmes, and ensuring alignment with industry benchmarks and internal equity. This includes conducting regular pay analysis, managing salary review cycles, and collaborating with senior HR and business leadership on workforce planning decisions.
