A leading automotive manufacturing organisation in Gurugram, Haryana is looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and administering competitive compensation structures and employee benefits schemes that align with business objectives and industry benchmarks.
In this role, the individual will conduct regular market analyses to ensure pay equity and competitiveness, manage salary review cycles, and partner closely with HR business partners and senior leadership to support workforce planning decisions. The position also requires ensuring full compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory benefit requirements.
- Design and maintain compensation frameworks, grading structures, and incentive plans
- Oversee employee benefits administration, including insurance, retirement, and wellness programmes
- Conduct job evaluations and benchmarking studies using recognised methodologies
- Prepare compensation-related reports and present insights to senior stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory compensation obligations
