An established automotive manufacturing organisation in Gurugram, Haryana is looking for a seasoned Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its human resources function. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company's total rewards strategy, ensuring it remains competitive, compliant, and aligned with broader business objectives.
In this role, the individual will be responsible for designing and administering compensation structures, conducting regular benchmarking exercises against industry standards, and managing employee benefits schemes. Close collaboration with senior HR leadership and finance teams will be essential to develop data-driven recommendations on pay policies and incentive plans.
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation frameworks and salary bands
- Manage end-to-end benefits administration, including health, retirement, and other employee welfare programmes
- Conduct market surveys and job evaluations to ensure pay equity and competitiveness
- Ensure full compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory compensation requirements
- Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to support workforce planning and reward decisions
