The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and administering competitive compensation structures and employee benefits initiatives that align with business objectives and industry benchmarks.
In this role, the manager will evaluate existing pay frameworks, conduct market analysis, and recommend adjustments to ensure the organisation remains an employer of choice within the automotive sector. Close collaboration with HR business partners, finance, and senior leadership will be essential to maintain pay equity and compliance with applicable labour regulations.
- Design and manage compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive schemes
- Oversee employee benefits programmes including health, retirement, and wellness offerings
- Conduct regular benchmarking studies and job evaluations
