The role is responsible for developing and administering competitive pay structures and employee benefits that align with business objectives and industry benchmarks.
The successful candidate will lead end-to-end compensation planning, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive design, and statutory compliance. They will also manage benefits programmes, ensuring offerings remain relevant, cost-effective, and compliant with applicable regulations.
