An established automotive manufacturing organisation is seeking a skilled Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its human resources function in Gurugram, Haryana. The successful candidate will take ownership of the company's total rewards strategy, ensuring compensation structures and benefits offerings remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.
In this role, the manager will be responsible for developing and administering salary frameworks, incentive schemes, and employee benefits plans. This includes conducting regular benchmarking exercises against industry standards, analysing compensation data, and providing actionable recommendations to senior HR and business leadership.
- Design and manage end-to-end compensation and benefits programmes
- Conduct market benchmarking and pay equity analyses
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Finance to ensure budget alignment
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements
