An established automotive manufacturing organisation in Gurugram, Haryana is looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its human resources function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing competitive compensation structures and employee benefits frameworks that align with business objectives and industry benchmarks.
In this role, the individual will oversee end-to-end compensation planning, including salary benchmarking, job evaluation, incentive design, and benefits administration. The position requires close collaboration with HR business partners, finance teams, and senior leadership to ensure remuneration policies are equitable, compliant, and effective in attracting and retaining talent.
- Design and administer compensation and benefits policies and programmes
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitive pay structures
- Manage annual compensation review cycles and incentive schemes
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory benefits requirements
- Partner with HR and finance teams to forecast and manage compensation budgets
- Analyse compensation data and prepare reports for leadership decision-making
