The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organisation's compensation structures and employee benefits initiatives.
In this role, the incumbent will ensure that pay policies remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with both business objectives and regulatory requirements. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to benchmark compensation data against industry standards within the automotive and manufacturing sectors.
- Develop and administer compensation frameworks, salary bands, and incentive schemes
- Manage employee benefits programmes, including health, retirement, and other welfare plans
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and compensation analysis
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
- Partner with HR business partners and senior leadership to support workforce planning decisions
