The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organisation's compensation structures and employee benefits frameworks.
In this role, the individual will work closely with senior HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure that pay policies remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting market benchmarking, managing salary review cycles, and overseeing benefits administration across the workforce.
- Develop and maintain compensation bands and grading structures
- Lead annual salary review and incentive planning processes
- Manage employee benefits programmes and vendor relationships
