An established automotive manufacturing company in Gurugram, Haryana is looking for a skilled Compensation & Benefits Manager to join its human resources leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the company's compensation structures and employee benefits programmes.
In this role, the manager will ensure that all reward policies remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with the organisation's overall business objectives. Key responsibilities include conducting salary benchmarking, managing pay reviews, administering benefits schemes, and ensuring full compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain competitive compensation frameworks and grading structures
- Conduct regular market benchmarking and salary surveys to inform pay decisions
- Administer employee benefits programmes and manage vendor relationships
- Partner with HR business partners and senior leadership on total rewards strategy
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and compensation-related regulations
- Analyse compensation data and prepare reports for management review
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably within a manufacturing or automotive environment, along with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of Indian compensation practices and statutory requirements.
