The role is central to designing, implementing, and managing the organisation's compensation structures and employee benefits programmes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that pay policies and benefits offerings remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with both business objectives and applicable regulatory requirements. This includes conducting market benchmarking, analysing compensation data, and making recommendations to senior leadership.
Key areas of responsibility include:
