The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organisation's compensation structures and employee benefits programmes.
In this role, the individual will work closely with senior HR and business leadership to ensure that pay policies remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with the company's overall talent strategy. Key responsibilities are expected to include benchmarking compensation against industry standards, administering benefits plans, and ensuring compliance with applicable labour regulations.
