An established automotive manufacturing company is looking to hire a Compensation & Benefits Manager at its Gurugram, Haryana location. This role sits within the Human Resources function and carries responsibility for designing, implementing, and overseeing the organisation's compensation structures and employee benefits initiatives.
The selected candidate will be expected to ensure that pay policies remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with both business objectives and applicable statutory requirements. This includes benchmarking roles against market data, managing benefits enrolment and administration, and advising senior leadership on total-rewards strategy.
Key areas of responsibility include:
- Developing and maintaining compensation frameworks and salary bands
- Managing employee benefits programmes and vendor relationships
- Conducting job evaluations and market benchmarking exercises
- Ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulatory guidelines
- Partnering with HR Business Partners and Finance teams on budgeting and reporting
