Community Mobiliser

The employer is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Community Mobiliser to join their team in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. This position plays a key role in building relationships with local communities and driving grassroots engagement in support of the organization's objectives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for mobilizing community members, facilitating participation in programmes, and acting as a bridge between the organization and the populations it serves. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively at the ground level are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with community members to raise awareness and encourage participation in organizational initiatives
• Identify and build relationships with local stakeholders and community leaders
• Support the planning and execution of community outreach activities
• Collect and report on community feedback and field observations

This is an on-ground role suited to candidates who are passionate about community development and have prior experience in field mobilization or social work. Candidates based in or willing to work in Bareilly are encouraged to apply.
