Community Mobiliser

The employer is looking for a motivated and people-oriented Community Mobiliser to join their team in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. This position plays a key role in building relationships with community members and driving grassroots engagement initiatives.

The selected candidate will be responsible for reaching out to target communities, raising awareness about relevant programmes, and encouraging active participation among community stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

• Engage with local communities to promote organisational programmes and initiatives
• Identify and connect with key community stakeholders and influencers
• Facilitate community meetings, awareness sessions, and outreach activities
• Maintain records of community interactions and report on mobilisation progress

This is an on-ground field role suited to candidates with prior experience in community outreach, social work, or grassroots mobilisation. Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh are encouraged to apply.
