Community Mobiliser

The employer is looking for a motivated and committed Community Mobiliser to join their team in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. The selected candidate will play a key role in building relationships with community members and driving grassroots engagement initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people at the community level. A background in social work, community development, or a related field would be an advantage.

• Engage with local communities to raise awareness and encourage participation in programmes
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders and local leaders
• Support the planning and execution of community outreach activities
• Document and report on community engagement progress and outcomes
