Co-Founder – Yen's World Foundation

Yen's World Foundation is looking for a passionate and committed individual to join as Co-Founder. This is a foundational leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape the direction, strategy, and culture of the organisation from its earliest stages.

The ideal candidate will bring entrepreneurial energy, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine commitment to the foundation's mission. As Co-Founder, the individual will work closely with the existing founding team to define goals, drive initiatives, and build the organisation's presence and impact.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Co-leading the strategic planning and operational development of the foundation
• Building partnerships, networks, and stakeholder relationships
• Contributing to fundraising, outreach, and programme development efforts
• Representing the foundation and championing its values publicly

This role is based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala and is suited to someone who thrives in an early-stage environment and is motivated by purpose-driven work.
