Co-Founder – Yen's World Foundation

Yen's World Foundation is looking for a committed and visionary individual to join as Co-Founder. This is a foundational leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape the direction, culture, and impact of the organisation from its earliest stages.

The ideal candidate will bring entrepreneurial energy, a collaborative mindset, and the dedication required to help establish and grow a purpose-driven foundation. As Co-Founder, the individual will work closely with the founding team to define strategy, build partnerships, and drive the organisation's mission forward.

• Play a central role in the founding and strategic development of the organisation
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals, priorities, and operational frameworks
• Help build key relationships and represent the foundation externally
• Contribute across functions as the organisation grows and evolves

This role is based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, and is suited to someone who is passionate about creating meaningful, lasting impact and is ready to take on the challenges and rewards of a co-founding position.
