About the role
This is a founding-level leadership opportunity at a foundation headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The selected individual will work alongside existing leadership to help define and drive the organisation's strategic direction from the ground up.
As Co-Founder, the candidate will be expected to take on significant ownership across core functions of the organisation, contributing to decision-making, stakeholder engagement, and long-term planning.
