About the role
This is a founding-level leadership opportunity at a foundation headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The selected individual will serve as Co-Founder, working closely with the existing leadership to establish strategic direction and build the organisation from the ground up.
The role demands a highly motivated individual who is passionate about the foundation's cause and willing to invest significant time and effort into its development. As a Co-Founder, the candidate will be expected to contribute across multiple dimensions — including strategy, operations, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Co-leading the vision, mission, and long-term strategy of the foundation
- Building and managing teams, partnerships, and community relationships
- Driving operational and programmatic initiatives from inception to execution
- Representing the foundation to external stakeholders, donors, and the public
