About the role
This is a founding-level leadership opportunity at a non-profit foundation headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The selected individual will work alongside the founding team to define the organisation's vision, build its operational framework, and drive its long-term impact.
The Co-Founder will be expected to take shared ownership of strategic decisions, stakeholder engagement, and programme development. This role is suited to someone who is deeply committed to the foundation's cause and brings the drive and resilience required to build an organisation from the ground up.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Co-developing the foundation's mission, goals, and strategic roadmap
