Co-Founder – Non-Profit Foundation
A non-profit foundation based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala is seeking a Co-Founder to help build and lead the organisation from the ground up alongside the founding team.
About the role
The foundation is looking for a driven and mission-aligned individual to join as a Co-Founder. This is a foundational leadership role that involves working closely with the existing founding team to shape the organisation's vision, strategy, and operations.
The Co-Founder will share responsibility for key decisions across areas such as programme development, partnerships, fundraising, and organisational growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, deeply committed to the foundation's cause, and capable of navigating the challenges of building an early-stage non-profit.
- Co-lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the foundation
- Drive partnerships, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement
- Contribute to programme design and implementation
- Build and manage a team as the organisation scales
