This is a founding-level leadership opportunity at a foundation headquartered in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The selected individual will work alongside existing leadership to co-build the organisation from the ground up, contributing to its strategic direction, operations, and long-term impact.
As Co-Founder, the candidate will be expected to take shared ownership of the foundation's mission, drive initiatives, and help establish the structures and partnerships necessary for sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities may include:
