About the role
Xilix is looking for a driven and experienced technologist to step in as Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is a founding-team role, meaning the right candidate will have direct influence over the company's technical vision, architecture decisions, and engineering culture from the very beginning.
As Co-founder and CTO, the individual will be responsible for translating business goals into a scalable technology roadmap, making key decisions around the tech stack, and building out the engineering function as the company grows. The role demands both strategic thinking and a willingness to be hands-on in the early stages.
The ideal candidate brings:
- Proven experience in software engineering or a related technical discipline
