About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead and manage branch banking activities in partnership with HDFC Bank across the Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh. This role sits within the employer's financial services business and carries responsibility for driving performance across a defined cluster of branches.
The selected candidate will be expected to manage relationships with branch banking partners, ensure business targets are met, and oversee the day-to-day functioning of the assigned cluster. Strong leadership and coordination skills will be essential to align teams and achieve consistent results across locations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing the branch banking business within the assigned cluster
- Building and maintaining productive relationships with HDFC Bank branch teams
- Monitoring sales performance and ensuring adherence to operational standards

This is a field-based role suited to professionals with a background in bancassurance, financial products distribution, or branch banking management who are comfortable working in the Himachal Pradesh geography.
