About the role
The employer is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to manage and grow branch banking operations in partnership with HDFC Bank branches across the Kangra cluster in Himachal Pradesh.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business targets, managing a team of sales and relationship professionals, and ensuring seamless distribution of financial products through the branch banking channel.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned cluster of HDFC Bank branches
- Drive sales performance and meet revenue targets across the cluster
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch banking partners
- Lead, mentor, and develop the on-ground sales team
This is a field-based leadership role suited to professionals with a strong background in bancassurance or branch banking sales, and a proven ability to manage multi-location teams in a competitive financial services environment.
