The selected candidate will be responsible for driving business targets across a cluster of branches, building strong relationships with HDFC branch staff, and ensuring consistent sales performance within the assigned territory.
- Manage day-to-day operations and sales activity across the HDFC branch network in the cluster
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with bank branch managers and frontline staff
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to meet business goals
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and partner bank guidelines
