The selected candidate will be responsible for driving insurance or financial product sales through the partner bank network, nurturing relationships with branch staff and key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets across the cluster.
- Manage and grow the HDFC branch banking channel within the Kangra cluster
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and frontline staff
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals
