This role sits within the bancassurance vertical and is responsible for driving business performance across a cluster of HDFC bank branches in the assigned territory.
The selected candidate will be expected to manage relationships with branch banking partners, lead a team of sales professionals, and ensure consistent achievement of distribution targets. The role demands strong coordination with bank branch staff to maximise cross-selling opportunities and deepen market penetration in the region.
- Manage and grow the bancassurance business through the HDFC branch network in Kangra
- Build and sustain productive relationships with bank branch managers and their teams
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to meet sales objectives
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulatory guidelines
