About the role
Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead its bancassurance business through the Axis Bank channel in the Ambala cluster, Haryana.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving insurance sales, managing relationships with Axis Bank branch teams, and ensuring business targets are met consistently across the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing the bancassurance partnership with Axis Bank branches in the cluster
- Driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets
- Training and motivating bank branch staff to promote Aditya Birla Capital products
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with bank stakeholders
