About the role
Aditya Birla Capital is looking for an experienced Cluster Manager to lead and manage its bancassurance distribution channel in partnership with Axis Bank, based out of Ambala, Haryana.
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving insurance or financial product sales through the Axis Bank branch network within the designated cluster. This includes building strong relationships with bank branch teams, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring targets are met consistently.
- Manage and grow the Axis Bank bancassurance channel within the assigned cluster
- Build and maintain relationships with bank branch managers and staff
- Drive sales of financial and insurance products through the partner network
- Monitor cluster-level performance and implement strategies to achieve business goals
